Matt Runkle

Matt Runkle is a Senior Managing Director at Blackstone within the Infrastructure Group since October 2017, having previously served as a Managing Director. Since April 2018, Matt Runkle has been a member of the Board of Trustees for the Jeremiah Program Brooklyn, an organization dedicated to breaking the cycle of poverty for single mothers and their children. Prior to Blackstone, Matt Runkle was a Principal at ArcLight Capital Partners from August 2002 to September 2017, focusing on private equity in the electric power and energy sector, and worked as an Analyst at The NorthBridge Group from July 2000 to July 2002, providing strategic and management consulting for utilities and energy companies. Matt Runkle holds a B.S. in Geology and Geophysics from Yale University, earned in May 2000.
