Maureen Rafferty

Senior Director, Institutional Partnerships at Jeremiah Program

Maureen Rafferty is the Senior Director of Institutional Partnerships at Jeremiah Program. Prior to that, they were an Adjunct Professor at Concordia University, St. Paul and the Youth and Administrative Coordinator at Karen Organization of Minnesota.

Maureen has a passion for working with refugee youth and has extensive experience in designing and executing programs and curriculum. Maureen also has experience in grant writing and event planning. Throughout their career, they have cultivated relationships with high level interagency personnel, school principals, non-profit leaders, city and county officials, and other guests.

Maureen Rafferty has a Master of Arts in Educational Policy and Administration: Comparative and International Development Education from the University of Minnesota. Maureen also has a BA in English Literature from the University of Minnesota. Maureen is certified by the Minnesota Literacy Council in ESLTutoring.
