Melea Nalli

Melea Nalli serves as the Chief Operating Officer at Jeremiah Program, where they work to disrupt the cycle of poverty for single mothers and their children. Prior to this role, Melea was the Chief Operating Officer at The Achievement Network and held various leadership positions, including Vice President of Teacher Support & Development and Business Partner at Teach for America. Melea’s experience in education leadership also includes an interim role as Co-Superintendent for Portland Public Schools and involvement as a co-founder and board member of Sea Change Yoga. They hold a BA in Sociology and Africana Studies from Bowdoin College and a Masters in Education from Harvard University Graduate School of Education.
