Michera Brooks

Michera Brooks serves as the Chief of Staff at the Jeremiah Program, having previously held key leadership positions such as Executive Director at Leadership ISD and Senior Director of Partnerships at Leadership for Educational Equity. Michera also contributed as Chief of Staff and Associate ED at Ramapo for Children and has extensive experience as a Staff Attorney at Advocates for Children of New York, where they represented low-income families in educational matters. Additionally, Michera participated in a fellowship with Building Excellent Schools and worked as an Associate at Simpson Thacher & Bartlett LLP. Michera holds a JD from New York University School of Law and a BA in Public Policy from Duke University.
