Olivia Peoples

Olivia Peoples is an experienced leader in the nonprofit sector with a diverse background in education and community initiatives. Currently serving as a Member of the National Governing Board of Directors for Jeremiah Program since March 2023, Olivia has held multiple roles at The Bridgespan Group since October 2019, including Partner and Principal. Prior to this, Olivia worked as a Manager at The Bridgespan Group from 2016 to 2019 and held senior positions at Teach For America from 2012 to 2015, such as Senior Managing Director of Alumni Affairs and Chief of Staff to the CEO & Founder. Earlier experience includes consulting roles at Monitor Group and a community-focused position at the Red Hook Community Justice Center, among others. Olivia holds an MBA from Columbia Business School, earned between 2006 and 2008, and has a foundational background in youth programs from work with the Boston Redevelopment Authority and The City School.
