Sharon Sackett

Sharon Sackett serves as the Senior Vice President of CEO and Board Services and Global Assessment at MDA Leadership Consulting since 1998, where responsibilities include overseeing Talent Assessment services aimed at enhancing clients' talent acumen and leadership potential. Sharon is also the Chair of the Minneapolis-St. Paul Community Board for the Jeremiah Program since December 2014 and holds the position of Adjunct Assistant Professor of Counseling Psychology at the University of Minnesota since 2004. Previous roles include Board President of Minnesota Professionals for Psychology Applied to Work (MPPAW) from June 2009 to May 2010 and Assistant Professor of Counseling Psychology at the University of Iowa from 1993 to 1998. Sharon Sackett earned a Ph.D. in Psychology from the University of Minnesota and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology and Business Administration from Hamline University.
