Phillip Dowling

Phillip Dowling is a dedicated professional with extensive experience in various roles within the human services and educational sectors. Currently a Doctoral Student at Capella University since January 2013, Phillip also serves as a Housing Specialist and Case Manager at The Jericho Project. With a long-standing position as Director of Program Development at Beautiful Men & Women Counseling Services since 2008, Phillip has also held the title of General Manager at Dow Associates since 1996 and was House Manager at VIP Community Services from March 2010 to January 2013. Phillip earned a Ph.D. in General Psychology from Capella University (2013-2015), a Master of Public Administration in Public Policy with a focus on Human Services from Metropolitan College of New York (2011-2012), and a CASAC-T certification in Human Services from The Resource Training Institute (2009-2010).
