Carlos Saraiva

Carlos Saraiva is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in information security and technology. Currently serving as Global Information Security Senior Manager at Jerónimo Martins since November 2023, Carlos previously held the position of Head of Security & ICT Networks at Sport Lisboa e Benfica from March 2020 to November 2023. Prior roles include Senior Consultant at LAYER8, Delivery Manager for Information Security and Networks at IDW, and various engineering positions at IDW, IBM, and Mitsubishi Motors Europe B.V. Carlos began a career in technology in 1999 as a freelancer specializing in networking and security. Academic credentials include a completed degree in Informatics & Computers and an incomplete degree in Electronic & Communications from Instituto Superior de Engenharia de Lisboa.
