Lorena Leon Ramirez has extensive experience in operations and human resources, with a career spanning over three decades. Currently serving as Directora de Operaciones Zona Occidente at Jerónimo Martins since September 2012, Lorena has held multiple leadership roles within the company, focusing on the implementation of operational standards across distribution centers and retail stores. Prior to this, Lorena held senior positions in human resources at Nestle S.A., where responsibilities included leading personnel development programs and ensuring compliance with labor legislation. Earlier roles included various administrative and management positions in personal administration, showcasing a strong foundation in recruitment, employee welfare, and organizational development.
