Madalena Mena

Madalena Mena has extensive experience in finance and operations, currently serving as the Finance Operations Executive Director at Jerónimo Martins since 2012, with previous roles in the company including Privacy and Corporate Center Director, Head of Internal Audit, and Director of Compensation and Benefits at Pingo Doce. Prior to this, Madalena was the Senior Financial Manager for Europe at Daymon Worldwide from 2006 to 2012, and earlier held positions such as Financial and HR Manager for the Jerónimo Martins Office and Financial & Reporting Manager at Pingo Doce. Madalena's career began at Jerónimo Martins in 2000 as a Management Trainee. Educational qualifications include an Executive Education degree in Strategic Finance from IMD (2023) and a Strategic Management Program from Kellogg Executive Education (2014), alongside a degree from Universidade Nova de Lisboa (1996-2000).
