Natalia Moździerz

Natalia Moździerz is currently engaged as a Management Trainee at Jerónimo Martins, focusing on various departments including HR Operational Projects, Regional HRBP, Operational Training, and Learning & Development since July 2023. Prior experience includes working as a Talent Sourcer at Grafton Recruitment, where Natalia co-authored the "IT salary and trends report," and an IT Recruitment Internship. Additional roles include involvement with SKN Women in Organisations and an HR internship at GE Aerospace. Natalia's educational background includes a Magister degree in HR Tech Business Partner and Business Trainer, expected from Kozminski University by 2025, and a Licencjat degree in Management from the same institution, completed in 2023. Natalia also studied at Pine Manor College from 2019 to 2020.
