Kristin Shade is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer support and coaching. Currently serving as a Senior Customer Support Representative at Jerr-Dan Corporation since July 2021, Kristin has also been a coach at the Wilson School of Gymnastics and Dance since June 2011. Previously, Kristin held the position of Material Specialist II at JLG Industries from July 2012 to July 2021. Kristin earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Shippensburg University of Pennsylvania from 2006 to 2010.
