Jane Schofield

Jane Schofield has over two decades of experience in human resources, starting as a Manager in residential care for people with learning difficulties. Jane then worked their way up in various roles, including HR Assistant/Officer at Jersey Electricity plc, HR Manager at Employment & Social Security and Ogier, and now holds the position of Human Resources Manager at The Jersey Electricity Company, where Jane oversees a small team servicing 350 staff in diverse businesses. In between, Jane also ran a self-employed electrical business in France.
