Elliot Refson

Elliot Refson serves as the Head of Funds at Jersey Finance since September 2014, where the focus is on strategy and execution to position Jersey as a premier domicile for Alternative Investment Management Companies and Funds. In addition, Elliot contributes to the industry as a Committee Member of the British Private Equity & Venture Capital Association Channel Islands Group and the Jersey Funds Association, while also being the Founder of the Hedge Fund Managers Group, advocating for hedge fund activities. Previous experience includes leadership roles at Crestbridge, where the Management Company Services division was established, and at Ermitage Group, leading a trading fund that achieved significant returns. Earlier in the career, Elliot held positions at Bloomberg LP and Inca Bank, demonstrating expertise in user interface development and proprietary trading strategies. Educational credentials include the CAIA Fundamentals of Alternative Investing Program and distinctions in business studies and finance.
