Hector Haget Jr

Hector Haget Jr is an accomplished business leader with extensive experience in franchise ownership and corporate management. Since March 2007, Hector has served as the Owner/Franchisee of Jersey Mike's Subs in Orange County, California. Prior to this role, Hector was the President/CEO of Agilex Flavors and Fragrances from February 2002 to January 2007, where responsibilities included leading a turnaround and developing growth strategies with complete P&L accountability. Hector also held the position of Division Vice President of Marketing and Engineering at Valmont Industries from July 1997 to June 2002, focusing on strategic planning, product development, and global marketing initiatives, earning two patents during this tenure. Hector began a career at Ingersoll-Rand Company, where from 1985 to 1997, leadership was provided in global brand and product development for the air starter division. Educational credentials include completing the General Management Program at Harvard Business School in 2005 and earning a Bachelor of Science in Engineering Technology from Texas A&M University in 1984.
