Stephen Stock

Stephen Stock is an experienced Engineering Manager and Senior Project Engineer with a robust background in the oil and gas industry. Currently serving as Engineering Manager for OMV Petrom on the Neptun Deep Gas Project in the Black Sea, Stock leads the engineering efforts for a significant unmanned gas platform. Previously, Stock has held key engineering management roles at JERSEY OIL AND GAS PLC and bp, managing complex projects and overseeing detailed engineering phases. Stock’s experience includes substantial tenures at Fluor Corporation, Nexen, AMEC, and Bechtel Corporation, where responsibilities ranged from project management to overseeing FEED engineering for large-scale offshore and onshore developments. Stock holds an MBA from Kingston Business School and is a Chartered Mechanical Engineer with extensive qualifications in mechanical engineering.
