Andrew Boustouler

Andrew Boustouler has been serving as the Chief Operating Officer at Jersey Post since March 2023. Prior to this, they worked at Ports of Jersey for over two decades, where they held roles such as Chief Financial Officer from October 2015 to January 2023 and Group Resources Director from October 2002 to September 2015.

Andrew Boustouler's education history began in 1991 when they enrolled at the University of Hertfordshire. Andrew pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree in History and completed their studies in 1994. During this time, they also had the opportunity to study abroad for a year at the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire in the United States.

Following their undergraduate studies, Andrew continued their education at the University of the West of England from 1994 to 1996. Here, they focused on law and successfully completed the Bar Finals and Post Graduate Diploma in Law.
