Tracy Hayward

Tracy Hayward has over 20 years of experience in various roles within the postal and logistics industry. Tracy started their career in 1996 as a Programme Manager at Post Office Consulting before moving on to become a Senior Project Manager at Post Office International in 1998. In 1999, they worked as a Senior Project Manager at Post Office Consulting, where they were responsible for implementing improved service standards for top customers.

In 2000, Tracy became the European Programme Manager at Consignia Europe, where they managed and coordinated the development of market entry plans for key European countries. Tracy then joined Royal Mail in 2002 as an International Parcel Development Manager, where they played a key role in developing the import parcels strategy and product portfolio.
