Michelle Guercio has extensive experience in sales and fitness leadership. Since April 2018, Michelle has held various positions at EMSI - Electrostim Medical Services, Inc., including District Sales Manager, Area Manager, and Territory Manager. In parallel, Michelle has served as a Group Fitness Instructor at Jersey Strong since November 2010, focusing on motivating members to reach their health and fitness goals. Previously, from 2009 to 2018, Michelle worked as a Marketing Specialist at Princeton Radiology, where responsibilities included driving growth for a multi-million dollar imaging center. Prior experience includes a role as a Sales Representative at Merck from 2004 to 2009, where Michelle developed strategies to meet and exceed sales objectives for key pharmaceutical products. Education was completed at Montclair State University.

Over the years, hundreds of thousands of New Jersey residents have become part of the Jersey Strong family. The Tinton Falls location was a huge success and soon after opening, Mary’s husband Steve Sr. sold his computer leasing company and came aboard full-time as the CEO of (then) Work Out World. Around the same time, Stephen Jr. was in college majoring in exercise science, and this firmly set the cornerstones in place for a successful family owned and operated business. Throughout Jersey Strong's history and continuing today, many of the Roma family’s close friends and family can be found in various positions in the company. The closest being Stephen’s wife Heidi who is Director of Retail Sales and the Chairperson of the Jersey Strong Foundation. Jersey Strong is all about people – members and staff alike.
