Preeti Kulkarni

Preeti Kulkarni (Torvi) is currently a Business Analyst/Project Coordinator at JerseySTEM, where contributions involve data collection and processing to support the organization's mission of enhancing STEM education for underrepresented girls in New Jersey since July 2023. Prior experience includes a tenure at Tata Consultancy Services from September 2004 to May 2012, serving first as a Business Analyst and then as a SQL Developer. In the role of Business Analyst, Preeti led the design and launch of employee portal workflows, managed large HR data sets, and collaborated with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project releases. As a SQL Developer, responsibilities included customizing Oracle HRMS, migrating data, and generating reports. Preeti holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree from Gogte Institute of Technology and Bachelor's degrees in Electronics and Communications and Electrical, Electronics and Communications Engineering from Visvesvaraya Technological University.
