Birouk Salima

BIROUK Salima is a Senior HSE Operations Engineer at JESA S.A since December 2017, focusing on enhancing HSE skills and capabilities across Morocco and Africa, standardizing HSE tools, and leading digital innovations in HSE. Salima has contributed significantly to various projects, including field safety monitoring and the implementation of HSE management systems in collaboration with OCP. Previous roles include project leadership and advisory positions in HSE across different sectors, including mining and construction. Salima holds a State Engineering diploma from Ecole Nationale Supérieure des Mines de Rabat, where graduation was achieved as the valedictorian of the HSE group.
