Tarik Bakeli

Tarik Bakeli, Ph.D., Eng. is a seasoned professional currently serving as the Head of Field Services Constructability, Transformation, and Operational Excellence at JESA S.A since February 2012. In this role, Tarik leads a team dedicated to enhancing project outcomes through advanced work packaging and operational excellence. Previous positions at JESA include Head of Field Services Governance and Technical Services Department Head, where Tarik managed technical services across various projects. Tarik has also held project management and construction management roles on significant initiatives, including a $10 billion project at OCP. With a solid educational background, Tarik holds multiple degrees, including a Doctorate in Engineering Science and an Executive MBA. Current studies include an Executive MBA at Columbia Business School.
