Youness Elkassmi

Youness ELKASSMI is a seasoned professional in instrumentation and control engineering, currently serving as a Senior Instrumentation & Control Engineer at JESA S.A since June 2016. With expertise in reviewing engineering deliverables and participating in HAZOP sessions, Youness has played a critical role in assessing risks to personnel and equipment. Prior experience includes functioning as the Responsable Contrôle Qualité at Safer Endustri A.S., where oversight of construction activities and coordination with contractors were key responsibilities. Youness holds a doctorate in electrical power generation from CED and an engineering degree in electrical and electronic engineering from Ecole Nationale des Sciences Appliquées, complemented by a technical diploma in electrical engineering.
