Chester Sokolowski Sr., CLMC, CLEP has extensive experience in the lighting industry. Chester started their career in 1995 as the President/CEO of Creative Lighting Management Services, where they provided lighting management services to various markets. Chester then joined Capitol Light as the SE Regional Manager, where they focused on sales to national accounts and promoted new lighting fixture technology.

In 2003, Sokolowski became the Director of WB Electrical Services at Wiedenbach-Brown, where they created and managed the subsidiary, overseeing all aspects of the business. Chester later joined Green Ballast Inc in 2012 as the Director, responsible for sales and relationships with clients such as lighting designers, utility companies, and contractors.

From 2014, Sokolowski worked at JESCO Lighting Group and Illuminated Light Panels, Inc., where they held multiple roles. Chester started as a Southeast Sales and Design Regional Executive, working with developers, architects, and designers. Chester then became a Regional Manager for the Southeast US, overseeing all manufacturers' representatives in the region. Additionally, they served as the Retail Sales Division Manager, specializing in sales and marketing to various clients in the industry.

Throughout their career, Sokolowski has demonstrated strong leadership, sales, and marketing skills, building relationships with a wide range of clients in the lighting industry.

Chester Sokolowski Sr., CLMC, CLEP obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from David N. Myers University, where they studied from 1996 to 1999. In addition to their degree, they have also obtained several certifications throughout their career. In 1987, they became a Certified Lighting Management Consultant through the NALMCO (interNational Association of Lighting Management Companies). In 2017, they obtained the certification of Certified Lighting Energy Professional from the Association of Energy Engineers. Most recently, in September 2019, they achieved the status of Fellow from the Illumination Engineering Society.
