Heba al Basha

Heba Al Basha, SHRM-CP, has extensive experience in human resources and strategic leadership, currently serving as Country Director for Jesuit Refugee Service since March 2014, where responsibilities include managing organizational resources and team support. Prior to this role, Heba held the position of Regional Human Resources Officer for the Middle East and North Africa, supporting multiple countries and implementing HR policies. Earlier career experiences include HR and Admin Officer at Okeili & Co, HR and Customer Care Officer at Hostelsclub.com, and HR Coordinator at WIdriss Professional Services. Heba holds a Master's degree in Management from La Sagesse University and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Beirut Arab University.
