Asha Saleh

Asha Saleh has over a decade of experience in the social services sector, currently serving as a Senior Worker in the Settlement Support Program at Jesuit Social Services since June 2012. In this role, Asha focuses on enhancing social interaction and fostering a sense of belonging among newly arrived individuals and families from refugee or culturally diverse backgrounds through casework support and community development. Previously, Asha worked as a Youth Worker at Jesuit Social Services from January 2008 to April 2012, providing critical support to young African-Australian individuals in areas such as education, employment, and life skills. Asha holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Food Science and Nutrition from Victoria University, completed in 2006, and a Year 12 certification from Brunswick Secondary College, attained in 2001.
