Brett Phillips is an experienced professional in youth work, education, and violence prevention. Currently serving as the Manager of Early Intervention and Strategic Projects at Jesuit Social Services since January 2023, Brett oversees a violence prevention program. As the owner of Brett Phillips Coaching since February 2014, Brett provides coaching and mentoring for adolescents, parents, and support agencies. Additionally, Brett is a White Ribbon Ambassador, advocating against violence towards women, and a founding member of the Boroondara White Ribbon steering committee. Previous roles include Vice Chair of the Sunshine Coast Committee for Edmund Rice Education Australia, Youth Worker at Life Without Barriers, and Youth Resource Officer with Victoria Police Force. Brett holds a Bachelor of Education and a Diploma in Youth Work, among other qualifications, and has extensive community engagement experience through various educational and volunteer roles.
