Julie Naville

Julie Naville is an experienced professional in health, safety, and environmental (HSE) management, currently serving as the Responsable HSE Suisse Romande at ISS Facility Services since August 2017. In this role, Julie oversees compliance with internal and external standards, manages a team of HSE specialists, and ensures HSE objectives align with client requirements. Additional responsibilities include process review, quality control of HSE reporting, and participation in managerial meetings concerning quality, health, safety, and the environment. Julie also has a background in quality and safety management at Geneva Airport and roles in facility safety coordination at Jet Aviation, where significant accomplishments include leading facility projects, managing training programs, and ensuring safety compliance. Julie holds a master’s degree from the Institut Maintenance Aéronautique and a DUETI from Heilbronn University.
