Scott Fleming

Scott Fleming serves as the Vice President and Chief Legal Officer for Jet Aviation's Americas operations since July 2017, overseeing all legal aspects, including commercial transactions and strategic partnerships. Prior to this role, Scott served as Assistant General Counsel and Managing Attorney at Standard & Poor's from April 2011 to May 2017, managing a team that provided legal oversight on data licensing and software agreements. Scott's experience also includes working as Senior Corporate Counsel at Moody's Analytics, Inc. from March 2005 to April 2011, and as Regional Counsel for Hewlett-Packard Financial Services from 2002 to 2005. Scott holds a Juris Doctor degree from Fordham University School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government and English from the University of Notre Dame.
