Vicki Franck

Vicki Franck currently serves as a Customer Contact Agent at JET Charge since January 2024. Prior to this role, Vicki held several positions at Medshop, including Customer Service Team Leader from October 2016 to September 2023, where responsibilities included assisting the Customer Services Manager and overseeing the operations of Customer Service shifts. Vicki also worked as a Key Account Administrator, managing order fulfillment for Key Account Customers, and as a Customer Service Representative, processing orders and providing support to both national and international clients. Vicki holds a Higher National Diploma in Business and Administration from Technical College Pietersburg, completed in December 1991.
