Kodye Shier

Kodye Shier is currently the Director of Operations at JetOut, where they oversee company operations. Prior to this role, they worked as a Captain at Compass Airlines, flying ERJ-170 and ERJ-190 aircraft. Kodye also served as a Pilot at Menards, operating Beech 1900 and Citation Bravo/Encore planes. They have experience as an Aeronautics Flight Instructor at Fox Valley Technical College and holds a Bachelor's degree in Leadership and Organizational Studies from the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh. Additionally, they have an Associates of Applied Science degree in Aeronautics - Pilot Training from Fox Valley Technical College.
