Niki Maddock

Niki Maddock (Frazer) is an experienced Learning and Development professional currently serving as General Manager of Learning and Development at Jet2.com and Jet2holidays since March 2021, overseeing L&D activities across 450 sites and managing a significant budget for over 7,000 employees.
