Adam Schless holds a JD from Emory University School of Law and a BS in Foreign Service from Georgetown University. With extensive experience in the aviation and legal sectors, Adam began as an Attorney at the FAA, focusing on air safety and civil aviation security. Following roles at Perkins Coie LLP and Pepper Hamilton LLP as an Associate, where responsibilities included negotiating aircraft financing transactions and regulatory matters, Adam served as an Associate at Ober Kaler, honing skills in commercial lending documents for aviation-related transactions. Since 2006, Adam has progressed at JetBlue, initially as Manager Staff Counsel (Aircraft) and currently as Director of Aircraft Transactions & International Counsel, overseeing company-wide initiatives and advising on both international and U.S. aviation matters.
