Ellen Ham

Ellen Ham is an accomplished labor relations professional with extensive experience in both legal and managerial roles. Since May 2022, Ellen has served as Vice President of Labor Relations at JetBlue, following a tenure as Director of Labor Relations at Republic Airways from February 2021 to May 2022. Prior to this, Ellen practiced as an Attorney At Law at FordHarrison LLP for nearly two decades, from February 2002 to February 2021. Ellen also held the position of Manager of the Special Investigations Unit at Macy's/Federated Department Stores from 1993 to 1995. Ellen earned a Doctor of Law (J.D.) degree from the University of Florida - Fredric G. Levin College of Law between 1996 and 1998.
