Noemy Brito

Noemy Brito, CPDM, has extensive experience in workplace compliance and accommodations, currently serving as a Senior Analyst at JetBlue since August 2014. In this role, Noemy manages the interactive accommodation process for crewmembers, focusing on various legal frameworks such as the Americans with Disabilities Act and the Pregnant Workers Fairness Act. Previous roles at JetBlue include Analyst for Workplace Compliance, where Noemy supported individuals with disabilities, and Analyst for Risk Management, overseeing workers compensation claims for over 1,000 injured crewmembers. Additionally, Noemy co-owns Sisters Squared LLC and has prior experience as a Resident Assistant at SUNY Plattsburgh and a Vacation Planner at Walt Disney World.
