Prior to JetBlue, Orlando worked at Spirit Airlines from June 2009 to November 2011, first as Customer Service Lead and subsequently as Customer Service Agent, ensuring operational integrity across various departments. Orlando is also pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Management from Peirce College, expected to be completed in May 2024.
