Shikha Sharma

Shikha Sharma has over 10 years of experience in human resources, legal compliance, and Affirmative Action Plan (AAP)/Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) initiatives. Currently serving as the Manager of Workplace Compliance in the Legal Department at JetBlue Airways since April 2011, Shikha has progressed through various roles, including Supervisor and Senior Analyst.
