Steve Olson

Steve Olson currently serves as Vice President of System Operations at JetBlue, a position held since September 2022. Prior experience includes various leadership roles at American Airlines from 2014 to August 2022, including Managing Director of the Integrated Operations Center and Director of Customer Operations. Olson started at US Airways as Senior Manager of Passenger Service and progressed to Customer Service Manager from 2006 to 2014. An earlier career includes service as an Aircraft Maintenance Technician in the Air National Guard from 2000 to 2014 and experience as a Customer Service Representative at America West Airlines. Steve Olson holds a degree from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University.
