Tatevik Vardazaryan

Tatevik Vardazaryan serves as the People Onboarding Manager at JetBrains since April 2025 and has been a Trainer of Enneagram at Alvarium since November 2020, utilizing a globally recognized personality tool in various fields. Prior experience includes roles such as People Operations Manager at Manychat, Senior People Development Partner at Krisp, and Visiting HR Planning and Recruitment Lecturer at Armenian State University of Economics. Vardazaryan has also held the position of Human Resources Manager at Rockbite Games Armenia, along with Senior Recruitment and University Partnership Specialist at Ucom. Early career experiences include HR Assistant at Career Center and VP of Talent Management at AIESEC. Vardazaryan holds a Master's degree in Development and Governance from the University of Duisburg-Essen and a Bachelor's degree in International Relations and Diplomacy from Yerevan State University.
