Yanina Ledovaya

Yanina Ledovaya is an experienced professional in the fields of psychology, marketing, and developer experience. Currently serving as the Developer Experience Research team lead at JetBrains since November 2019, Yanina focuses on developer productivity research and cognitive psychology within R&D. Prior roles include a researcher and senior lecturer at the Higher School of Economics, where Yanina lectured and conducted research on cognitive psychology and social networks, and a senior lecturer at Saint Petersburg State University from 2000 to June 2019, specializing in social networks, psychological wellbeing, and cognitive psychology. Additional experience includes marketing roles at COMPETENCE GROUP, Astrosoft, and MFITNESS-FOREMAN, where Yanina contributed to various aspects of marketing and business development. Yanina holds an M.Sc. in psychology from Saint Petersburg State University, completed in 2000.
