Desiree Kettell

Desiree Kettell has a diverse work experience spanning several years. Desiree is currently a Senior Engineer at JETCOOL Technologies Inc. since May 2023. Prior to this, they worked as a Research Engineer at Skyhaven Systems from November 2018 to May 2023. From July 2015 to November 2018, they served as a Mechanical Engineer at ARA, where they conducted tests and designed research projects related to energy optimization. Desiree also sought research project funding for the SMART Energy group. Before that, from September 2014 to May 2015, they worked as a Graduate Research Assistant at the Low Carbon Energy Laboratory. During this time, they gained valuable experience in assisting with research projects. Desiree's career began as an undergraduate research assistant at CUNY Energy Institute from June 2013 to May 2014. Desiree then worked as a Teacher's Assistant at New York University from September 2012 to May 2014.

Desiree Kettell earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Chemical and Biomolecular Engineering from New York University - Polytechnic School of Engineering. Following this, they pursued further education and obtained a Master's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Stony Brook University.
