“Bucky” Oliver acquired FBO Raleigh-Durham Aviation in 1962, which began operating as Jetcraft Corporation in 1987. In his current role as founder and treasurer, Bucky maintains key business relationships with banks, vendors, OEMs, and service centers worldwide, and is an expert at assessing aircraft condition, values and markets. Under his leadership, Jetcraft has grown into a prominent worldwide business aviation enterprise, offering sales, brokerage, trades, acquisitions, inventory transactions, an alternative customized completions channel and an avionics program.
After more than 50 years of flying, Bucky remains an ATP Type-Rated pilot for various Citation, Learjet and other makes and models of aircraft and has personally logged more than 25,000 hours. He and his wife Wendi owned a 1984 Cessna Citation 1SP and currently reside in Beaufort, NC.
