Customer Success Lead at JetInsight

Connie Wong has held a variety of positions since 2011. Connie began their career as an HR Assistant/Administrative Assistant at Schnitzer Steel in 2011. In 2013, they moved to the Psychiatry Office of Dr. Jessica Hof as an Office Administrator. In 2015, Connie joined Elementum as a Business Consultant/Customer Experience Quality Specialist, and later held the positions of Customer Success Associate and Office Administrator. In 2019, Connie began their current role at JetInsight as a Customer Success Lead, and has since been promoted to Senior Customer Success Manager and Customer Success Manager.

Connie Wong obtained a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from UC San Diego between 2007 and 2009.
