Janice Huang has been working in the hospitality and entertainment industries since 2009. Janice began their career as a Service Associate at the Angelika Film Center in 2009. In 2010, they worked as a Digital Media and Marketing Intern at Bad Boy Entertainment. In 2011, they were a Marketing and Operations Associate at Kinney Group Creative, Inc., where they acted as a Personal Assistant to the CEO and managed and created content for social media accounts. In 2012, they were a Public Relations Administrative Assistant at Four Seasons Hotel New York and a Social Media Manager at Cricket Films: Fly Away Movie. From 2014 to 2017, they worked as a Concierge at Le Parker Meridien and The Plaza, A Fairmont Managed Hotel. In 2020, they were an Individual Giving Intern at Alvin Ailey American Dance Theater. Currently, Janice is a Customer Experience Specialist at JetInsight, where they help aircraft charter operators run and grow safer, more efficient, and more profitable businesses.

Janice Huang has a Master's degree in Non-Profit/Public/Organizational Management from Baruch College, which they obtained from 2020 to 2022. Janice also has a Bachelor's degree in Media and Communications from New York University, which they obtained from 2008 to 2012.
