Tiina Camilla Grönroos has extensive experience in management and quality assurance, currently serving as an employee-elected member of the Board of Directors and QSSE Manager at Jetpak Group since December 2015. In this role, Tiina oversees the Quality (ISO 9001:2015) and Environment (ISO 14001:2015) Management Systems, ensuring compliance and coordinating safety and security initiatives. Tiina transitioned from customer experience management and data protection to strategic roles within Jetpak Finland Oy from August 2008 to November 2015, contributing to the development of franchising concepts and leading marketing efforts. Earlier career experiences include leadership in customer service and positions as a receptionist in the hospitality sector. Tiina holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Information Management from the University of Applied Sciences in Turku and a further qualification in audiovisual communication from Tampere Adult Education Centre.
