Bruno Ramos de Matos has over 10 years of work experience in a variety of roles. From 2019 to 2021, they were a Senior Systems Engineer, Infrastructure for SISK Group, where they installed and implemented new programs, modules, servers, hardware, network equipment, and provided day-to-day 2nd and 3rd level technical support and troubleshooting to system users. Currently, they are a Senior Devops Engineer & Agent Developer for JetPatch, helping organizations secure their business and keep their devices up to date while ensuring business continuity and performance.

Bruno Ramos de Matos has a comprehensive education history. Bruno obtained a Bachelor's degree in Sistemas de Informação from Estácio in 2013-2014, and a Bachelor's degree in Engenharia de Software from Centro Universitário da Grande Dourados in 2017-2023.
