Natalie Conroy

Natalie Conroy is a seasoned marketing professional with a focus on digital media and brand strategy. Currently serving as the Social Media Manager at JETSET Pilates® and as the Founder of The Conroy Collective since April 2025, Natalie leads creative direction for various businesses in lifestyle, wellness, real estate, and service sectors. Previous roles include Digital Media Coordinator for the Tampa Bay Lightning and Digital Media Assistant for the Pittsburgh Steelers. Natalie also gained experience as a Social Media Assistant at the University of Pittsburgh and a Public Relations/Social Media Intern at American Eagle Outfitters Inc. Additionally, leadership was demonstrated as Vice President of Marketing for Alpha Phi International Fraternity and as Hockey Manager/Team Reporter at Duquesne University. Natalie holds a Bachelor of Science in Sports Marketing from Duquesne University.
