Sarfraz Hussain Syed has worked in the IT industry for the past five years. In 2022, they joined JetStream Software, Inc as a Senior Support Engineer. From 2017 to 2021, they worked at Hewlett Packard Enterprise as a Technical Solutions Consultant 2, where they delivered end-to-end solutions and technical support to the company's Hyper Converged Solution (Simplivity) and provided high class datacenter management service to global enterprise clients. Sarfraz Hussain also provided L1 L2 support for IBM storage arrays like SVC, V7000, and Flash 840, and managed Storage pool in SVC system, V7000.

Sarfraz Hussain Syed completed a Master of Computer Applications - MCA in Computer Science from Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University, Anantapur between 2011 and 2014. Sarfraz Hussain also obtained a Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals certification from Microsoft in January 2023.
