Hiran Cooray

Hiran Cooray is an accomplished leader in the tourism and hospitality industry, holding significant positions since 1987, including Chairman of Jetwing Symphony PLC and Jetwing, as well as Managing Director at Jetwing Hotels. Hiran serves as the Chairman of the Advisory Committee to the Minister of Tourism for Sri Lanka and is a Life Member of the Pacific Asia Travel Association. Previous roles include Alternate Member of the Tourism Ethics Committee at the World Tourism Organization, Director at The Ceylon Chamber of Commerce, Sri Lanka Tourism Promotions Bureau, and Small Luxury Hotels of the World, as well as President of the Tourist Hotels Association of Sri Lanka. Hiran's educational background includes a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro.
