Romar Frazier

Romar Frazier is an experienced propulsion engineering leader currently serving as the Head of Propulsion at JetZero since March 2023, focusing on new airplane development programs. Prior to this role, Frazier had a distinguished tenure at Boeing from June 2005 to March 2023, where responsibilities ranged from Senior Strategy Manager in Defense, Space, and Security Sustainability to managing the Advanced Concepts Propulsion and Aerodynamics team, and designing next-generation propulsion systems for commercial aircraft. Additionally, Frazier worked as a Project Specialist at the Viterbi Startup Garage, facilitating ventures with significant social and economic impact while holding advanced degrees in Entrepreneurship and Innovation from USC and Earth and Environmental Engineering from Columbia University, complemented by a Bachelor of Science in Aerospace Engineering from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University.
